Andria Rice, Founder
Andria Rice is the Founder and Owner of La’Virtue Beauty Institute. Born in Michigan and raised in Chicago, she later relocated to McDonough, Georgia to fulfill her vision of managing a salon and establishing a premier institution for beauty education. As the youngest of nine children, Rice developed an early appreciation for teamwork, perseverance, and the power of a clear vision—values that continue to shape her professional journey. Recognizing Georgia’s growing potential in the beauty industry, Rice moved with her three sons to Henry County in 2001, where she began building the foundation of her legacy.
Today, she is the proud owner of La'Virtue Beauty Institute, a highly respected beauty school in McDonough that has flourished for the last three years.. Students from her program graduated with a 100% passing rate. With over 33 years of experience as a licensed cosmetologist, Rice now channels her expertise into education and mentorship. Through La’Virtue Beauty Institute, she is committed to preparing aspiring professionals to become licensed entrepreneurs, equipping them with the skills and confidence to thrive in the dynamic, multi-billion-dollar beauty industry.
